BPM Lifecycle

There are a lot of BPM-Lifecycle theories, so it's a good Idea to divide the whole story in eight lifecycle areas to have a good chance to cover mostly all feature aspects:

  1. Analyse, Discover & Mashup
  2. Design & Plan
  3. Development & Implemention
  4. Rules Engineering
  5. Simulation & Improvement
  6. Build, Test & Deployment
  7. Operations & Executions
  8. Monitoring & KPI/SLA Governance
