Feature Ontologie (first draft)

Phase 1b, we start a Mindmap. The art of structuring the bunch of features is to decide wicht feature belongs to wich group. And how to cluster the groups together.

Template

List:

  • Name - Namespace compliant title
  • Parent - Parent Namespace (for hierarchical view)
  • Root - Root-Namesspace (common, cross, focus, lifecycle)
  • Short - Short Description
  • Type - Simple, Complex, GroupOnly

Page:

  • Name - Namespace compliant title
  • Parent - Parent Namespace (for hierarchical view)
  • Root - Root-Namesspace (common, cross, focus, lifecycle)
  • Cycle - For wich Lifecycle-Component is this feature relevant?
  • Short - Short Description
  • Type - Simple, Complex, GroupOnly
  • Eval - How to Evaluate
  • Long - Longe Description
  • Meaning - Meaning in the Area
  • Links - Links for further readings

The List

Every Feature will become a wiki-link to explain more about that feature. Feature-List should grow. Feature-Value could change often. I appreciate we will collect initial about 50-100, later up to 200 Features in all 8 cycle- and in the cross-section-areas, like security, community, support, etc. pp.
